Indian Scholars visit High Commission . . . . by Asian Lite News
A group of 14 scholars from India, currently pursuing a 10- week course on “The Chevening Rolls-Royce, Science, Innovation Leadership Programme (CRISP)”,visited the High Commission today. The scholars are pursuing a ten weeks course from The Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Introducing the group, Mr. Richard Briant, International Director of Said Business School said that the Indian scholars were contributing enthusiastically to the programme by sharing their observations and experience in their respective fields. Deputy High Commissioner, Dr. Virander Paul briefed the scholars on the progressively strengthening multi-faceted cooperation between India and the United Kingdom
The scholars expressed interest in setting up a community of CRISP scholars in order to keep their engagement and networking alive with a view to actively contributing to India-UK relations in their specialised areas.
