Harrow Civic Centre Celebrates the UN International Day of Yoga on the 8th of May. . . . reports Asian Lite News

Yoga has been an age old tradition of meditation and concentration among people. It is an art and science of living. Today, Yoga is a way of life and is rooted deep within the minds and souls of the yoga practitioners. It is beyond age and culture. Yoga can best be defined as an International way of living a healthy life.

Thus, the Harrow Civic Centre is all set to celebrate International Yoga Day on the 8th of May. Interestingly, yoga Day is celebrated on the 21st of June  each year. When asked about the clash of the dates, Ameet Aggarwal, Chairman Art of Living London commented, ” The current Mayor of Harrow would very much like to support the initiative as a prelude to the main event on the 21st of June.” He further commented that, “The Art of Living Foundation is delighted to be the organising partner.”

The notable MP Bob Blackman would be delivering the Keynote Speech in the event. this event would be graced by the presence of Harrow local political and social leaders.
