“Through this acquisition, we expand our worldwide connected network of Digital Studios, which are focused on meeting the needs of global clients for digital transformation solutions to meet customer demand for next-generation customer experiences,” said the company in a statement here.

The acquisition also extends the company’s digital design services network to include Europe and West Asia, and enhances its expertise across financial services, retail and telco sectors.

The buyout includes earn-out and employee retention.

The four-year old management-owned British firm’s customer experience studio is known for design thinking-led approach and experience in executing global programmes.
