Liam Gallagher’s Pretty Green fashion label is among the latest stores confirmed to open a Resorts World Birmingham.

The leisure destination has announced the latest shops to join its retail mix of outlet shops which will open on Wednesday, October 21 at 10am.

Joining the anchor stores GAP Outlet, Nike Factory Store and Next Outlet are:

  • Pretty Green – fashion label from the former Oasis front man
  • H&M – the second UK outlet store
  • Legowear – a children’s line unique to the UK
  • The Body Shop
  • Holland and Barrett
  • Regatta Outdoors
  • Trespass
  • Carharrt
  • Pringle of Scotland
  • Farringdon and Forbes – bespoke candle retailer

According to Birmingham Mail , they will be followed by the opening of the following stores early November:

  • Charanga – Spanish children’s fashion retailer
  • Winser London – ladies fashion designer

The opening of the stores on Wednesday, October 21 will be the first phase ofhome-page-holiday-resorts-uk-1 the resort coming to life over the next few weeks. Visitors on the first days can expect to find over two-thirds of the retail in the outlet mall open. The shops will be joined by the opening of Patisserie Valerie inside the mall, and TGI Fridays and Pizza Express which will offer diners lakeside views.

South American themed restaurant Las Iguanas is joining the range of places to eat from mid November, says Birmingham Mail.

From Monday 26th October visitors to Resorts World Birmingham can experience the night time offer at the complex as the casino, bars and restaurants open for business in the third phase of opening, joining the eleven screen Cineworld cinema which opens on 23rd October (the second phase).

Only five retail units and one food and beverage space remain to be let, says Birmingham Mail report.

RESORT BGMResorts World Birmingham is the result of a direct £150m investment by Genting UK into the region part of the Malaysian headquartered global leisure business, the Genting Group.

Commenting on the latest set of retailers to be announced at Resorts World Birmingham, Managing Director of Development Steve Myers told Birmingham Mail : “As we reveal more of the retailers who will be part of the retail mix at Resorts World Birmingham the greater I believe we are creating the right environment for the West Midlands first major outlet shopping experience.

“We have an exciting and diverse range of High Street retailers who all bring unique product ranges to our overall offer. “We have worked hard to make Resorts World Birmingham a truly unique destination.”

“Our mix of high profile tenants who do what they do brilliantly and the exciting new bar and restaurant concepts we have created specifically for this development merge together to form Europe’s first large scale resort destination.

“From the 21st October when over two thirds of our retailers open their doors and the subsequent weeks when Resorts World Birmingham becomes fully operational our guests will be able to experience the unique atmosphere and offer of a resort destination.”
