We say goodbye to His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum with a heavy heart and a sense of deep dismay because he, in so many ways, was the image of the youthful and energetic city of the city of the world, strong, striking looking, brilliant and a man of the outdoors in a country dedicated to sport…writes Bikram Vohra
