Renowned Chef Cyrus Todiwala would be a guest speaker at the Asian Catering Federation Road Show. This show would be mainly focussing on catering groups, restaurants and takeaways in Bristol. Held on the 3rd May in Bristol Holiday Inn this event would be a seminar on food and nutrition. The seminar is titled “Nutrition and Hygiene in catering: Bringing it to the Asian Catering Sector.”
This event is held in partnership with the UK’s best takeaway food services JUST EAT. There would be no entry charges to the event. However, due to limited seats available, it is advised to register and reserve a seat as soon as possible. The event would be followed by a sumptuous four course dinner.
Apart from Cyrus Todiwala, the other guest speakers include Graham Corfield, UK Managing Director of JUST EAT, nutritionist Ruth Tongue MSc, and industry specialists on food hygiene and sanitation. There will also be guidance on food safety and hygiene from Ashvini Pancholi-Dhillon and Amanda Catling of Nation Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
