Amongst 25,000 other passionate fun runners, the HGF team battled to the finish line and received their deserved golden medals. With an original £5,000 target, team members were overwhelmed with the generous support received from sponsors.

Ashish Goyal, one of the 12 team members who raced said: “Everyone has been so supportive of my efforts and I want to thank everyone who has sponsored me so far and is continuing to do so. These donations are going to make a real difference to the lives of young girls affected by trafficking crimes world-wide.”

”At HGF, we are proud to continue to support Lily against Human Trafficking,” said Avnish

The Hemraj Goyal Foundation previously donated £20,000 to LILY in June and team members also visited one of the rehabilitation centres for women in India earlier this year.

The Lily Foundation works in partnership with various organisations against human trafficking through prevention, rescue and rehabilitation, with special emphasis on children.
