Michael Gove, the Justice Secretary and Employment Minister Priti Patel left this morning’s cabinet meeting with Prime Minister David Cameron and headed straight to the state-of-the-art Vote Leave HQ.

Graham Brady, the powerful backbench MP and Chair of the 1922 Committee was also spotted in the crowd whilst the Ministers addressed activists.

The top politicians greeted hundreds of volunteers who were manning the phones and reaching out to persuade voters that quitting the European Union was the right move for Britain’s future.

Senior Vote Leave volunteer Mo Metcalf-Fisher said, “It’s a real boost to the Vote Leave campaign to have such high profile backing from respected politicians like Priti and Michael. Their backing underlines our powerful message that Britain is better off out of the European Union.

“We intend to take this message to the British people and win that Referendum,” Metcalf-Fisher concluded.

Dozens of activists cheered as the speeches were delivered, whilst tucking into a luxury array of British refreshments from the local bakery.

The treats included an array of raspberry and white chocolate muffins lightly dusted with icing sugar, pink wafers and several packs of Jammie Dodgers.
