Indian High Commission hosts a Republic Day event at London’s prestigious Grosvenor House, Park Lane. Prominent members from various sectors of the Indian community besides British ministers, members of House of Parliament, House of Lords were present. High Commissioner Navtej Singh Sarna welcomed the gathering. Priti Patel MP, Minister of State for Employment and Prime Minister David Cameron’s Indian Diaspora Champion, was the chief guest and she spoke about Indo-UK relations and how the strong ties benefittting both the countries.
