High Commissioner Navtej Sarna said the Yatra as a procession for harmony, love and procession for unity
High Commissioner Mr Navtej Sarna among several dignitaries attended the annual Sobhyatra of ShreeRam Mandhir at Southhall London.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sarna said the Yatra as a procession for harmony, love and procession for unity as it saw the participation by Indians from all religions, faiths and regions.
“It showcases the values that India stands for. India for time immemorial has been advocating and practising universal values and sees the whole world as one big family,” he added. “This is an occasion to reiterate and propagate such values.”
Other prominent guests include Shri Gyanand ji Maharaj of Brindavan, Deputy Mayor of Ealing Borough, MP Virendra Sharma, large number of councillors.
