Renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has captured the hearts and minds of millions around the world through his meditations, breathing techniques and wisdom. He is an icon of non- violence and seeks global peace through service and fostering human values.
During his weeklong UK tour, 12th-19th June 2016 , he will meet with thousands of people who have experienced his meditation and yoga workshops, as well as government officials and business leaders; leading them through meditations and engaging in surrounding topics linked to Britain’s challenges on extremism, diversity and ethics in business.
Sri Sri’s contribution to the challenges in these areas are underpinned by his profound expertise and understanding of yoga and meditation. His tour entitled “Meditation 2.0 – Go Deeper” will see Sri Sri address the greater power of meditation and the next level of well-being, a market now three times larger than the pharmaceutical industry.

Sri Sri will address to members of the House of Commons and House of Lords in London and the keynote address and Q & A session at the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW) and he will also attend the International Festival for Business in Liverpool.

He has also been awarded the Padma Vibhushan award, which is the second highest civilian honour given by the Government of India.
The UK tour presents a unique opportunity to interact with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, whom Forbes Magazine identified as one of the top five most powerful figures in India and who has reached over 300 million people worldwide.
