British South India Council of Commerce and Telangana NRI Forum organised a business meet at British Parliament, London.
UK Telangana Business Meet was the 12th event of BSICC “business conclave” series, which have been held at British Parliament over the last few years and these business meet have so far engaged around 1830 delegates as part of BSICC mission to promote trade and investment between UK and India, specifically South India.
UK Telangana Business Meet was held to showcase business opportunities in the new Indian state of Telangana for UK companies and for companies in Telangana to explore opportunities in UK. The business meet was chaired by Mr Virendra Sharma MP, Patron of British South India Council of Commerce. The audience included representatives from Telangana, Members of House of Lords & House of Commons, representatives from UK companies and Indian companies who are interested in Telangana and businessmen from India who are successful in UK.
The business meet was anchored by Mr.Sujit S Nair, BSICC’s Chief Co Ordinator & Director.
The business meet had 13 speakers with expertise in pursuing businesses in UK and Telangana and around 186 delegates had registered for the meet. Some of the noted speakers who participated in the business meet include Lord Swraj Paul (Ex – Deputy Speaker of House of Lords & Founder/ Chairman-Caparo Group), , Mr.Anil Kurmachalam (NRI Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President ), Mr. Jim James ( International Trade Advisor, UK Trade & Investment), Mr.Vijay Dasari (Telangana Industrialists Welfare Federation), Mr.Kostas Mavroulakis (Campaign Manager, Startup Britain), Mr.Uday Nagaraju (Head of Advisory board, Telangana NRI Forum), Mr.Charles Warner-Allen (Charles Warner Allen Associates), Mr. Pramod Anthati (Board of Advisor , Telangana NRI Forum) etc.
