What’s next for Labour? That’s the question newspapers highlighting just after the Commons vote. Labour ranks and file are divided over Syria. Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell has compared Shadow Foreign Secretary Hilary Benn’s Commons speech advocating airstrikes against Isis in Syria to Tony Blair’s pre-Iraq War speech in 2003. Some activists are targetting Benn and other 66 Labour MPs supported the motion. Ren Ken already calls for the removal of them. McDonnell and his Leader Jeremy Corbyn are justifying their action to vote against the motion tabled by Prime Minister David Cameron. Labour woes will continue as the war takes new turns. All the newspapers carried the Syria vote on their front pages.
