EID GIFT: ASDA’s Eid Hamper

Eid is tomorrow. There is so much to prepare with so little time. With busy days at work, observing Ramadan, and hectic daily life, I have not had much time to prepare. This is why I was thrilled to receive my special Eid Hamper from ASDA. This hamper has everything I need for the festivity and more … writes Asifa Hameed

To have a special Eid with family and loved ones, much preparation is needed. The first thing I always do to prepare for the festivity is to make sure that the house is clean and tidy. While cleaning essentials are not commonly found in an Eid Hamper, ASDA’s keeps practicality in mind. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that their hamper includes ASDA Multi-Surface Cleaning Liquid Lemon & Ginger which is perfect for helping to get my home Eid ready. They even went the extra mile to help me decorate my home by including some George Home Sugared Plum Tealights in their hamper. This adds a special touch when setting up the ambience for Eid.

Feasting on Eid is something everyone looks forward to, but there is a lot of preparation that goes into making an Eid feast for the family. I needed some inspiration, which is why I was delighted to find that ASDA’s Eid Hamper included all the staples I would need to prepare my Eid dishes including, KTC Red Kidney Beans in Water, TRS Pure Gram Flour, Laila Basmati Rice, KTC Black Eyed Beans in Water, and KTC Chick Peas in Salted Water. There are a plethora of dishes I make using these like Cholla Chaat and of course Biryani, which is an Eid must-have dish.

To finish things off, it is imperative to have some snacks and sweet treats for the kids to enjoy on Eid. ASDA certainly went the extra mile to ensure that their hamper includes a wide range of goodies to enjoy. They have everything from Regal Bakery Puff Pastry Finger Biscuits, Rubicon Sparkling Mango Juice, SweetZone Party Mix, Cofresh Chilli and Lemon Flavour snacks, Potato Snack and of course Madinah Delight Khudri Dates. These are treats that kids and adults alike love to treat themselves to on Eid.

ASDA has certainly helped make my Eid complete. Their special Eid Hamper has everything I need to enjoy a wonderful Eid with my family. If you’re looking to get everything you need for your celebration under one roof, I would recommend you head to ASDA, local store or shop from their wide range online.
