Sheikh Mohammed receives Ramadan well-wishers

The well-wishers broke their fast with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid during Iftar.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, , on Sunday evening received well-wishers who visited him to greet him on the occasion of the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan, at the Shindagha Majlis in Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed, in the presence of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai; and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, accepted the greetings of well-wishers who included senior officials from Dubai Government entities and local leaders.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group; Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Media Council; Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; and Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Director General of Dubai Department of Information also attended the event.

The well-wishers broke their fast with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid during Iftar.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has exchanged Ramadan greetings with a number of heads of state.

This came over phone calls with the King Mohammed VI of Morocco, King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan and earlier with President of Egypt Abdul Fatah el-Sisi.

Sheikh Mohamed conveyed the greetings of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and extended sincere congratulations and best wishes for further progress and prosperity for the leaders and their countries.

The Arab leaders reciprocated same good wishes for Sheikh Khalifa and Sheikh Mohamed, and for sustained prosperity and progress to the UAE and other Arab and Muslim nations.
