Ingredients
- Black Chana – ½ cup
- Cucumber – ½ cup [chopped]
- Pomegranate – ½ cup
- Green bell pepper – ½ cup (chopped)
- Red Bell Pepper – ½ [chopped]
- Yellow Bell Pepper – ½ cup [chopped]
- Red Onion – ½ cup [chopped]
- Corn – ½ cup
Ingredients for dressing
- Mayonnaise – ½ cup
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
- Salt – accordingly
- Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
- Honey – ½ tsp
Method
- Add all the chopped vegetables in a bowl along with the black chana.
- For the dressing, in another bowl mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and honey.
- Mix everything together and add this dressing to the chopped vegetables.
- Toss everything and serve.
