Recipe : Healthy Guava Salad

Ingredients

  1. Guava – 1 [finely chopped]
  2. Pomegranate arils – ¼ cup
  3. Carrot – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
  4. Tomato – 1 small [finely chopped]
  5. Onion – 1 small [finely chopped]

Ingredients for seasoning

  1. Salt
  2. Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
  3. Chat Masala – ¼ tsp
  4. Jaggery – 2 tbsp [grated]
  5. Lime -1/2 tsp

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add the finely chopped pomegranate, onion, guava, tomato and carrot.
  2. Add in the salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, grated jaggery. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Add in the lime, give it a toss. Adjust the salt accordingly.
