Ingredients
- Guava – 1 [finely chopped]
- Pomegranate arils – ¼ cup
- Carrot – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Tomato – 1 small [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 small [finely chopped]
Ingredients for seasoning
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
- Chat Masala – ¼ tsp
- Jaggery – 2 tbsp [grated]
- Lime -1/2 tsp

Method
- In a large bowl, add the finely chopped pomegranate, onion, guava, tomato and carrot.
- Add in the salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, grated jaggery. Mix everything until well combined.
- Add in the lime, give it a toss. Adjust the salt accordingly.
