Elon Musk Hosts Indian Delegation at SpaceX Starbase

Indian leaders engage with Elon Musk at SpaceX’s Starbase, exploring diverse topics from space to spirituality and shaping future collaborations.

A delegation of Indian entrepreneurs, authors, and business leaders engaged in a thought-provoking dialogue with Elon Musk, the world’s richest man and a key advisor to President-elect Donald Trump, at SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Texas on Friday.

The group, led by Manoj Ladwa, founder of the India Global Forum, discussed a wide array of topics with Musk, ranging from space exploration and engineering to spirituality and consciousness.

“As the world’s most powerful democracy transitions to a Trump presidency, meaningful dialogue is more important than ever in these challenging times. Pleased to have led a conversation with Elon Musk, whose groundbreaking work is shaping our collective future,” Ladwa shared in a post on X.

“An invigorating hour spent with none other than Elon Musk… And an invitation to the Maha Kumbh Mela! Hope he can make it!”

Renowned author Amish Tripathi, a member of the delegation, also reflected on the session, stating, “An invigorating hour spent with none other than Elon Musk… We discussed a range of topics from interplanetary travel to monetary policy. And an invitation to the Maha Kumbh Mela! Hope he can make it!”

The meeting, accompanied by a group photograph, highlighted Musk’s influence not only in space and technology but also in global policy discussions. With his deep ties to the incoming administration, Musk is poised to shape policies across multiple domains, including space exploration, energy, and foreign relations.

Prior to the Texas visit, Ladwa hosted a high-profile discussion in Washington, DC, on the global implications of Trump’s return to power. The forum delved into critical issues such as economic security, trade, defence, and technology, with insights from key members of Trump’s transition team.

“Frank, open dialogue is how real understanding begins—and that’s what democracy is all about!” Ladwa remarked, emphasizing the significance of the discussions in shaping the future.
