UAE Ambassador presents credentials to President Guillermo of Ecuador

Mohammed Abdullah Al Shamsi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Peru, has presented his credentials to President Guillermo Lasso of Ecuador, as the UAE Non-Resident Ambassador to Ecuador, during a ceremony at the presidential palace in the capital Quito.

Al Shamsi conveyed to President Lasso the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and their sincere wishes to the President and people of the country for further development and prosperity.

The President of Ecuador reciprocated the sentiment to the UAE leaders, wishing the UAE government and its people further growth and development.

President Lasso wished the UAE Ambassador success in his work to enhance the ties between both countries, while highlighting his country’s readiness to provide him with the required support.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the prospects of fostering cooperation between the UAE and Ecuador for the benefit of both sides.
