DELICIOUS IRANIAN SEEKH KEBAB

Ingredients

  1. Chicken – 400 g (minced)
  2. Onions – 2 (small, finely chopped)
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
  4. Mint Leaves – handful (finely chopped)
  5. Coriander Leaves – handful (finely chopped)
  6. Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  8. Coriander Leaves – 1 ½ tsp
  9. Salt – as per your taste
  10. Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
  12. Bread Slice – 2
  13. Egg White – 1

Method

  1. Soak the bread slices in water, squeeze out the water and keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onions and mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, egg white and bread slices.
  1. Mix well with your hands until it turns into well combined mixture.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 mins to allow the flavors to blend..
  3. Apply some oil in your hands and mold each piece into a small cylindrical shape.
  4. Deep-fry the kebabs In oil on medium – high flame until cooked.
  5. Serve hot with onions and lime wedges.
