Ingredients
- Ripe Avocado – ½
- Baby spinach – handful
- Blueberries – 1/4 cup
- Frozen Ripe Banana – 1 small
- Milk – ¾ cup
- Flax Seeds – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder – a pinch
- Maple Syrup – 2 tsp
- Ice Cubes – 4 – 5
Method
- Put everything in a blender and blend until creamy. Add milk to your desired consistency.
- Add maple syrup to your sweetness accordingly.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy.
