UAE President, VP discuss national affairs

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan yesterday met with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai at Al Marmoom in Dubai.

During the meeting, which was attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, Their Highnesses engaged in warm and fraternal discussions.

They explored topics related to national affairs and the wellbeing of citizens, as well as the nation’s ambitious and future-focused developmental vision aimed at sustaining progress and prosperity while fulfilling the aspirations of the people of the UAE.

“We discussed a group of new national trends and deliberated on the most important developments and developments on the local and international arenas,” Sheikh Mohammed posted on social media.

Attending the meeting were H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Ministry of Presidential Court; and Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, Member of the Executive Council; along with a number of senior officials.
