Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap is stepping in front of the camera for UNKILL_123, a gripping psychological thriller directed by Sam Anton, which delves into the obsession with online fame and its emotional consequences.
Produced by Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh under Vels Film International Limited, the film examines how the modern pursuit of social media validation can distort identity and mental health.
“We have all witnessed the rise of influencers who became stars through social media. But very few talk about the emotional cost of that fame—the loneliness, comparison, and psychological strain behind the screens,” said producer Ishari K. Ganesh. “UNKILL_123 captures both the glamour and the pain of this new-age fame culture.”

The film portrays the dark underbelly of digital validation — where envy, insecurity, and emotional isolation lurk behind filtered smiles.
With cinematography by Krishnan Vasant and music composed by Jerard Felix, UNKILL_123 promises a haunting atmosphere and immersive storytelling. The film’s art direction is by Sowndar Nallasamy, editing by Naash, and costumes by Sindhuja Ashok, with Azar and Raymond choreographing the songs. Stunts are coordinated by Kottiswaran.
