Kiku Sharda Joins Danube’s Elite Homeowners

Comedian Kiku Sharda joins a growing list of global celebrities investing in Dubai property, as Danube Properties completes another residential handover in Arjan, reports Asian Lite News Desk

Popular comedian and actor Kiku Sharda has taken possession of his apartment at Skyz by Danube, marking another sign of Dubai’s growing appeal among global celebrities and investors.

The residential tower, developed by Danube Properties, is located in Arjan, an emerging investment hub in the emirate. The project is known for its modern design, fully furnished apartments and lifestyle-focused amenities, reflecting the broader shift in Dubai’s property market towards ready-to-move, investor-friendly developments.

The handover highlights the developer’s focus on timely delivery and construction standards, at a time when demand for premium residential units continues to rise across the city.

Speaking on the occasion, Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of the Danube Group, said he was pleased to hand over the apartment, describing it as part of the company’s commitment to delivering quality homes on schedule and building trust with buyers.

He said the company’s approach has focused on making homeownership “simple, accessible and rewarding”, adding that such milestones reflect customer confidence in its projects.

Sharda said he was impressed with both the process and the finished product, noting that owning a home in Dubai had been a smooth experience. He highlighted the convenience of fully furnished apartments and flexible payment plans, which he said made property ownership in the city more accessible.

He also described Dubai as a “vibrant and secure city”, adding that he was pleased to now have a base in the emirate.

Developments such as Skyz by Danube are increasingly attracting both end-users and investors by offering ready-to-use homes combined with lifestyle amenities, a model that has gained traction in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

The announcement comes amid continued interest from high-profile buyers. Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has also reportedly invested in a unit at Breez by Danube, another residential project by the same developer, underlining sustained confidence in the sector.

Dubai has strengthened its position as a global real estate hub in recent years, supported by strong economic fundamentals, relatively high rental yields and an investor-friendly regulatory environment.

With demand driven by both international investors and resident buyers, developers are increasingly focusing on delivering turnkey properties that align with evolving market expectations.

Danube Properties continues to expand its portfolio with projects aimed at improving accessibility to homeownership, while contributing to Dubai’s broader growth strategy centred on innovation, infrastructure and global investment appeal.
