Apple has delivered another record-breaking quarter in India, with CEO Tim Cook highlighting strong growth across product categories despite supply chain constraints and foreign exchange headwinds.
Announcing the company’s June quarter results, Cook said Apple achieved revenue records across every geographic segment, including India, reflecting robust global demand for its products.
Apple reported quarterly revenue of $109.4 billion, marking a 16 per cent year-on-year increase. The company posted a gross margin of 50.1 per cent, which included a favourable impact of approximately two percentage points from tariff refunds. Diluted earnings per share stood at $2.02, up 29 per cent from the same period last year.
“We achieved June quarter revenue records in every geographic segment. We were pleased to see strength across the board with June quarter records in the U.S., Latin America, Western Europe, India, China Mainland, Japan, and Southeast Asia,” Cook said.
India emerged as one of Apple’s standout markets during the quarter. The company recorded another all-time revenue high in the country, led by impressive performance in its Mac business. The growth was driven by rising adoption of MacBook Neo devices and sustained demand for the iPhone 17 series, despite supply constraints affecting iPhone availability in India.

Industry analysts believe Apple’s ability to maintain relatively stable pricing has helped strengthen its position in the Indian market. Tarun Pathak, Research Director at Counterpoint Research, said Apple is expected to register single-digit volume growth but double-digit value growth in India during calendar year 2026.
Pathak added that while an iPhone price hike appears likely amid rising component costs across the smartphone industry, Apple’s aspirational appeal continues to attract new consumers into its ecosystem. The resulting halo effect is also boosting demand for adjacent product categories, particularly Macs.
As smartphone manufacturers grapple with rising costs and pricing pressures, Apple appears well-positioned to sustain its momentum in India, driven by a loyal user base, premium positioning and growing consumer interest across its hardware portfolio.
