Danube Unveils Serenz Tower in JVC

Danube launches Serenz in JVC with swift highway access, 40-plus amenities and 1 per cent payment plan, targeting buyers seeking luxury, connectivity and investment value….reports Asian Lite News

Danube Properties has unveiled a new premium residential tower in Dubai, reinforcing its push to combine lifestyle-focused amenities with accessible payment options in one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

The developer announced the launch of Serenz by Danube in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), positioning the project as a contemporary urban community built around convenience, connectivity and wellness. The launch ceremony was led by Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of the Danube Group, alongside Group Managing Director Adel Sajan and Director of Agency Relationships Sana Sajan. Cricket legend Brett Lee, the company’s Global Ambassador, also attended the unveiling.

Rising 50 storeys with an additional 25 levels, Serenz by Danube occupies a prime site in JVC between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The development is being marketed on the strength of its “2-minutes-in, 2-minutes-out” access, designed to ensure swift entry and exit for residents and seamless links to major highways, business districts and lifestyle destinations across Dubai.

Described as “A World of Amenities”, the project spans more than 120,000 square feet of curated lifestyle space — a scale the developer says is a first for Dubai. Serenz will offer more than 40 premium amenities aimed at residents of all age groups, reflecting growing demand for integrated living environments within residential towers.

Facilities include a resort-style serenity pool, an aqua park for children, landscaped gardens and dedicated wellness zones. Residents will also have access to spa facilities, fitness centres, sports courts, meditation areas, a children’s daycare and social spaces intended to foster community interaction.

Speaking at the launch, Rizwan Sajan said the project reflects the company’s commitment to creating more than just residential units. He noted that the fully furnished premium apartments are designed to enhance everyday living through comfort, wellness and luxury. Backed by Danube’s signature 1 per cent per month payment plan, he added, the development offers value for both end-users and investors seeking steady returns in Dubai’s resilient property market.

Prices at Serenz by Danube start from AED 850,000. Located in JVC, the project benefits from a family-friendly environment, established infrastructure and strong rental demand, factors that continue to attract both local and overseas buyers.

Through its innovative payment structure and focus on lifestyle-driven design, Danube Properties is aiming to broaden access to upscale living while maintaining its reputation for quality construction and timely delivery.
