Pakistan, UK agree to bolster ties

Adressing the occasion, Khar said Pakistan and Britain are old friends and partners….reports Asian Lite News

British High Commissioner Christian Turner on Wednesday called on Pakistan Minister of State for Foreign Afairs Hina Rabbani Khar in Islamabad, during which they agreed to enhance cooperation in bilateral trade and investment.

Adressing the occasion, Khar said Pakistan and Britain are old friends and partners.

“We are working on multi-faceted level to strengthen Pak-Britain relations,” Radio Pakistan reported quoting her.

Christian Turner congratulated Khar on her successful visit of Common Wealth Foreign Affairs Ministerial Meeting in Rwanda.
